Dr Sam has 20 years practical industry experience working with prestigious organisations and government in the Middle East and South East Asia, and is passionate about sharing his skills and knowledge to help businesses strengthen, improve and grow.
His experience includes teaching positions at the Pakistan Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management Karachi (Assistant Professor) lecturing in tourism and hotel management and marketing; Middle East teaching English as a foreign language to undergraduates; various colleges and univeristies in the Middle East,as a tourism lecturer and marketing lecturer.
Dr Sam also has an extensive background in sales, marketing and research, and is a published author of several discussion papers, and research papers. He is currently engaged in writing a number of book titles: Tourism in the United Arab Emirates, The Concept of Prayer and Market Potential Of Ostrich Meat in a Halal Market. Dr Sam has also attended the World Tourism Summit and Seminar in Dubai.
He completed his Doctorate in Tourism Management from Cyprus Institute of Marketing, Nicosia and a Masters of Business Administration Specialised in Marketing (covering human resource management, operations management, financial management, economics, marketing communication, international marketing management, strategic management, creative problem solving and marketing research and information systems) from University of Lincoln UK.
